1. What does a celebrant do?


A celebrant creates and leads personalised ceremonies such as weddings, vow renewals, naming ceremonies, and funerals. I work with you to design a ceremony that reflects your beliefs, values, and story.

2. Are you a registered marriage celebrant?


Yes, I am fully authorised by the Attorney-General’s Department to legally perform marriages in Australia.

3. What services do you offer?  


I specialise in weddings, funerals, memorial services, baby naming days, and vow renewals. Each ceremony is tailored to reflect your unique beliefs and traditions.

4. When does the Notice of Intended Marriage form need to be completed?  


This form must be completed at least one month before your wedding date and no more than 18 months in advance.

5. Can this form be completed via video call?  


Yes, we offer video call consultations to guide you through completing the Notice of Intended Marriage form conveniently.

6. Why should we choose you?  


With a professional yet warm approach, I ensure every ceremony is meaningful, relaxed, and filled with love, creating unforgettable moments for you and your loved ones.

7. What identity documents do we need?


You will need to provide original birth certificates or passports and Driver's License. If applicable, divorce or death certificates are also required. I will guide you through the process to ensure all documents are in order.

8. Can we write our own vows?


Absolutely! I encourage it. I’ll guide you through the process and help ensure they meet legal requirements if needed.

9. How far in advance should we book you?


It’s best to book as early as possible, especially for popular dates (like spring weekends). A minimum of one month is required for weddings due to legal paperwork.

10. Do you handle the legal paperwork?


Yes, I handle all legal documentation including the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), official marriage certificate, and lodging it with the Births, Deaths & Marriages office.

11. Will you travel to our wedding location?
Yes! I travel throughout NSW  and beyond. Travel fees may apply for long distances.

12. What if we want a short and simple ceremony?


That’s absolutely fine. I offer elopement and legals-only packages too.

​

13. How do you personalise the ceremony?


I get to know your story, values, and vision. I’ll offer suggestions for readings, rituals, and structure, and we’ll shape it together until it feels “just right.”

14. Can we include cultural or religious elements?


Yes. I respect and welcome cultural traditions, symbolic rituals, and personal beliefs that are meaningful to you.

15. Do you provide a PA system?


Yes, I provide a professional PA system so everyone can hear the ceremony clearly.

16. Do you attend the rehearsal?


Yes, a rehearsal is included in most packages. It helps everyone feel confident and prepared. Not everyone wants or needs a rehearsal, this is totally up to you.

17. What happens if you're sick or unavailable on the day?


I have a trusted network of celebrants I can call on in case of emergency. I’ll ensure you’re never left without someone qualified and briefed.

18. Can we meet you before booking?


Of course! I offer a free, no-obligation chat (in person or online) to make sure we’re a good fit.
